Plug-in Halogen Wall Heaters: Built for the Factory Floor, Not Your Living Room
We built these plug-in wall heaters for one place: the factory floor. This is a 400V halogen tube heater, made for industrial heat where you need speed and a compact footprint.
Power, Voltage, and Size—Kept Real
We went with 400V so you can run long heater lines without overloading the circuit. It hits 2500W, so the heat comes fast. Fast enough to matter when the clock is ticking. And the size? The unit is just 300mm long, so it slips into tight spots—on machines, along process lines, wherever space is tight.
The Heart of It: Halogen Tube and R7s Connector
Inside, the halogen element lives in a sealed quartz tube. That means stable output and real resistance to thermal shock. The coating keeps contaminants out and helps the heater stay consistent, shift after shift. The R7s connector is straight-up industrial. Wire it up, lock it in, and the contact stays solid—even when the machine is vibrating.
Where It Shines—and What to Keep in Mind
Use it for wall-mounted spot heating, inside machine enclosures, or for pre-heating a process. The plug-in design makes replacement quick—just swap it in and get back to work. A heads-up: with 2500W of power, you need proper airflow and the right mounting clearance. That keeps ambient temps in check and helps the components last.
